CMS Reporting

Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA) introduced new reporting requirements for Liability Insurance and other Group Health Plans and Non-Group Health Plans. The introduction of this reporting standard required certain NGHP claim notices involving payments to be reported to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. These claim notices must involve a claimant that has been identified as medicare/medicaid beneficiary.

Arya handles CMS Reporting as an add-on service to any Claims Adjusting work we do. Our claims systems provide a fully integrated interface with CMS so the data is easily transmitted to CMS and response files are easily received and automatically documented in the claim file.
